Madeleine was super helpful!. She guided us through the whole process of planning our south African safari. Her communication was extremely prompt!. She took calls late in the evening to... Madeleine was super helpful!. She guided us through the whole process of planning our south African safari. Her communication was extremely prompt!. She took calls late in the evening to accommodate the time change...we are in California. She also returned our emails and texts quickly.
One of our safaris changed and Madeleine said she will keep checking to see if there is an opening for us. Her service was above and beyond!
