Everything was done very efficiently and professionally, with a strong dose of personal touch. We had a great experience from start to finish, and Wilma really stood out as a travel planner - friendly, reliable, sincere, helpful, available, personal, likeable. She was also able to understand the nuances of our very fussy requirements and managed to plan a superb holiday with great choices that suited our tastes, considering it was done within a very short time frame and very close to the travel date. We would be extremely happy to use her services again and also to recommend African Safari Group to friends.

Wonderful! Was really surprised and completely delighted that Wilma came down to the airport personally to make sure that my husband and I were all sorted. :) She also gave great suggestions and... Bianka Steenkamp has been totally amazing. She took note of exactly what we wanted and has found the safaris. accomodation and flights and transfers to match our budget and exactly what we wanted.
If only I could find a travel agent in Australia to match Bianka's skills.
