It was totally fantastic. Wilma worked very hard trying to get my family and our friends on the same safari. When this proved impossible she researched a holiday for us that is totally amazing! She... It was totally fantastic. Wilma worked very hard trying to get my family and our friends on the same safari. When this proved impossible she researched a holiday for us that is totally amazing! She was in regular contact, sorted our internal flights and car and found perfect accommodation for us. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I cannot describe my experience as anything other than exemplary.

I made an inquiry, I was contacted by Meagan, we discussed the time window I had, the type of accommodation I wanted,... I cannot describe my experience as anything other than exemplary.

I made an inquiry, I was contacted by Meagan, we discussed the time window I had, the type of accommodation I wanted, as well as the animals I would like to see. What followed was a superb web based itinerary which is a special touch.

Following further conversations making sure the itinerary put together was to my satisfaction I went through the payment process then completed all the details to make my transfers to and from Pilanesberg.

Whilst this was only for a 2 day trip at the end of a business trip to Johannesburg the way the whole booking was handled leaves me in no doubt I would use African Safari Group again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

I have been working with Tanatswa Chimenya to plan a safari trip for four days in July. She has been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and has asked questions in order to create the perfect trip for me. I really appreciate her genuine wishes for me to have the best experience, and her availability to speak with me on the phone for planning. When I told her a particular camp I was interested in, she was creative in making sure that I could visit it, even though there was limited availability. I felt that she listened to my interests and wishes, and did her very best to accommodate my requests. I am so excited for my upcoming trip and can't wait to share pictures and stories with the African Safari Group team. Thank you to Tanah!!!

We've talked to many safari agents to check our honeymoon options, and not only is South Africa, since we wanted to find the best option possible. Innocentia was by far the best and nicest one we... We've talked to many safari agents to check our honeymoon options, and not only is South Africa, since we wanted to find the best option possible. Innocentia was by far the best and nicest one we talked to. She helped us with planning the trip, explaining the differences, and finding the accommodation and the price until we were pleased. We can't wait for our trip everything feels perfect. We will suggest African Safari Group to each one of our friends who thinks about safari. Innocentia is great!
