Any time I had a doubt she quickly replied and made me feel she cared and she tried to find the best option for me. I felt I could trust her. The whole process was smooth and I am sure that If I come up with more doubts before my trip she will be there to help me.

This started with an online chat that very quickly became the company we would choose for our upcoming trip (6 weeks away so timing was critical). My guide Pascal John was both a good listener and... This started with an online chat that very quickly became the company we would choose for our upcoming trip (6 weeks away so timing was critical). My guide Pascal John was both a good listener and also very quick to get back to us with choices. I so appreciated his guidance and help. We had a budget so he worked within that framework and secured us fabulous places to go on safari. We even exchanged photos. I was extremely grateful that he was both dedicated and diligent in making our trip happen.
