Was looking to book a trip to Kruger for upto 8 people, but had no idea where we wanted to stay. Timo Ruwodo, my contact at African Safaris', helped out providing prices for a number of Lodges, and... Timo Ruwodo, my contact at African Safaris', helped out providing prices for a number of Lodges, and re-quoting when several of our group dropped out.
Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly. Flights to and from Cape Town were also organised.

Overall for me a painless experience.

Timo was efficient, prompt with replies to questions (usually same day!) and although all contact was through email it was reassuring polite and knowledgeable.

After discussion with friends we had no problems in making the booking thanks to Timo.
