Very positive, Leonore was most efficient. She found us the right accomodation at the right price. She was easy to reach, and came up with alternatives when the lodge we liked was fully booked.

They were so quick and efficient, called me back several times and helped me workout the whole holiday in such a professional way, even the whole route was explicitly laydout , Ms.Wilma Nicols is such a kind professional patient and helpful person, called me out of hours and helped me work out the whole holiday.
I have never come across such a friendly person , African Safari Group is definitely the best !
I was planing this holiday for months until I came across African Safari, in less than a week everything was booked, Ms.W.Nicols definitively is the best tour operator...she understood our needs and always proposed exactly what we required .... thank you for helping me .
