I was contacted promptly and on time whenever we made arrangements to talk. I was given multiple options within my budget and flight times were carefully chosen to maximize my family's opportunities to explore Africa.

They were so quick and efficient, called me back several times and helped me workout the whole holiday in such a professional way, even the whole route was explicitly laydout , Ms.Wilma Nicols is such a kind professional patient and helpful person, called me out of hours and helped me work out the whole holiday.
I have never come across such a friendly person , African Safari Group is definitely the best !
I was planing this holiday for months until I came across African Safari, in less than a week everything was booked, Ms.W.Nicols definitively is the best tour operator...she understood our needs and always proposed exactly what we required .... thank you for helping me .

It was seamless . No issues. They made booking so easy. I did not have to do anything but specifiy what dates and what I wanted. Before you know it I had a whole iteranary made out and with my... It was seamless . No issues. They made booking so easy. I did not have to do anything but specifiy what dates and what I wanted. Before you know it I had a whole iteranary made out and with my approval everything finalized without any complications. Communication was excellent with multiple options. All my questions were answered in a timely and thorough matter.
