I got in contact with your group by chance. Immediately your specialist Zane Posthumus contacted me and asked questions to understand what we were looking for. He then came back with a proposal 70%... I got in contact with your group by chance. Immediately your specialist Zane Posthumus contacted me and asked questions to understand what we were looking for. He then came back with a proposal 70% already in line with our needs. He gave us as well suggestions and he was very supportive and patience with us. We had several back and forward because of our incertitude but Zane always came back with the best solution. Thanks a lot! We look forward to our trip in your country.

Stuart Pittorino has been an incredible help in organizing the trip. He's always been very friendly and responsive to any request or issue we've had to get the itinerary and logistics worked out.... Samantha was very flexible with how/when she contacted me which was a big help. She was also able to source all the details I asked of her, and understood how important my son’s dietary issue and... I worked with Wilma to plan our safari days in South Africa, and our accommodation in Victoria Falls and Cape Town. Wilma was very helpful with all my questions. I first got in touch with pascal John in an on line chat when I was researching Singita Boulders Lodge.
He was incredibly helpful - gave me fast response on what days were available ( my fist... I first got in touch with pascal John in an on line chat when I was researching Singita Boulders Lodge.
He was incredibly helpful - gave me fast response on what days were available ( my fist choice was entirely booked but going a day later allowed me to still have three nights there)

He followed up next day and we spoke on the phone - a thoroughly good and professional service
I had wanted to go on to Botswana for 2 nights but this was logistically difficult from Singita Boulders and Pascal suggested a trip instead to Victoria Falls for two nights. I looked into this and agreed it - I think it will be an excellent addition
