Never have such an easy way to plan vacations !!

Naturally I had too many questions, because this will be... I feel very fortunate and relieved to have JAKO from the African Safari Group help me skillfully narrow down my travel options.

Naturally I had too many questions, because this will be our long anticipated and delayed honeymoon. It will be our first time to Africa, and planning for a Safari felt overwhelming and daunting! I clicked on an African Safari Group inquiry on- line and JAKO got back to me.

We communicated via emails, watsapp messages and calls. JAKO listened to what I wanted, answered my questions clearly, provided me with several options to help me make a more informed decision.

JAKO is responsive and follows up on all my queries, albeit with a delay of a day or 2. Understandably we are in separate regions!

I am really happy with JAKO's service and my husband and I are looking forward to see this whole trip through successfully and happily together, with JAKO's assistance.

She was super attentive and fast to respond and worked with us to stay within budget. I cannot recommend African Safari Group enough - they are the best in customer service and swiftness!
