Very friendly and very good service which has worked very quickly.
Only 4 stars, because I' ve got annoyed about their telephone calls. That' s absolutely unnecessary for a booking.

Minor pricing issues were dealt with swiftly and to my total satisfaction. The communication by Sam was the key to the 5-star experience. Given we were booking from Australia with the time zone challenges, for a diverse group of travellers with varying itineraries, she went well beyond the typical scope of a travel agent. Will definitely be back.

The company was suggested by my Daughter in law, who had experience in using the company. We
