I sent out quite a few emails to various companies offering safari’s. Some were not great with their follow-up, however I found Jako from African Safari’s group to be the most professional in... I sent out quite a few emails to various companies offering safari’s. Some were not great with their follow-up, however I found Jako from African Safari’s group to be the most professional in follow-up. So we booked with him. We are doing 3 x different safari’s In Kruger this coming May. Definitely recommend this company & Jako.

Found the company online. Adele contacted me after we sent an online enquiry. She was extremely informative. I confided in her about a personal medical problem that will require some accommodation. She handled my questions with discretion, empathy and professionalism. Top notch. I actually found another agency to book the same property at a lower price, but decided to stay with Adele because she provided such high quality service.

Charles,contacted me after an e-mail inquiry.
Was not intending to book thru you,but with my local agent.

What a great company with lovely staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Karolina who answered my many questions swiftly and every email had that personal touch. I love that as a customer.
