Our family safari experience was excellent from start to finish. It all began with Barry ringing me for initial profile on the type of trip we were looking for and then making sure which Safari suited our family the best.
Our guide Apollo had been with Mabula game reserve for 11 years and made us love the place as much as he did in the short 3 days we had to see the Big 5. We got to see all the Big 5 , Elephants , lions,, rhino, Leopard , buffalo except for the leopard but saw so many more,ie cheata, giraffes, baboons , hiena, hipos ,Zebra, antelope , Red Hartebeest etc etc.
The food and ambience of the lodges and pool and all areas were just as expected from the lovely photos from the Mabula advertising . We loved every minute of it and would recommend it to anyone .

My boyfriend and I had our whole safari trip organised by Carmia from the African Safari Group. Carmia was amazing and was really helpful when choosing the lodge we wanted to go to trying her best... My boyfriend and I had our whole safari trip organised by Carmia from the African Safari Group. Carmia was amazing and was really helpful when choosing the lodge we wanted to go to trying her best to fit in our budget, she was also very patient with all the questions we had in the lead up to our trip. Everything went super well, from the flights to Nelspruit and the private transfers to the lodge. They even organised a takeaway lunch for us on our way back to the airport. I would highly recommend them for a hassle-free holiday!

Lyndie is AMAZING!! She made the planning process so smooth for us. She gave us great recommendations and really took the time to explain everything to us and why we may or may not like a few... Planning a trip has never been so easy! Zane was the best, giving the best advice and suggestions, and finding the perfect places for us to stay. He really understood what we were looking for and...
