I received a call regarding my interest of spending 3 nights in Kruger National Park along with my husband. Malcolm sent me a detail list regarding my accommodations, flight, pick-up details and itinerary. He was very patient with all my questions and requested changes. I've also been communicating with Vitelio Cloete who has also been very responsive. African Safari Group's customer service is truly a five star.

So much so we exchanged family photos so we would both know who we were taking to so many miles apart. Her quick responses to our every inquiry gave us confidence in her abilities and her work ethic. She answered our every question. After all of her hard work we had to change travel dates. Antoinette was so gracious and understanding about our schedule change. We will certainly continue our planning with Antoinette.
