I have been able to talk on the phone or on whats app to Charles at anytime of the day, even long after the average man has gone home for the day. We feel we are in safe hands and would recommend going through Charles and your company to anyone. I cannot express enough how unbelievably helpful and attentive he have been. We had spoken to many big travel agents and had similar trips priced up, the reason we chose to use your company is simply due to Charles' unwavering help and support during this process.
