She acceded to all my requests, I had already made good progress in my choice of housing in the private Kruger reserves, but I still had problems with transfers, and driver who prevented me from booking myself. She arranged everything, gave me a quote quickly, and after refining some details, I accepted it. I have a personalized safari, without having my own car, what I wanted, and in the camps that I had chosen. I'm still waiting for the details of my domestic flight and my different transfer schedules, but I think everything is on track. I go alone with my 17 year old daughter, and I wanted to get in touch with a tour operator in South Africa not to go through the French who delegate themselves on site, and I was delighted: I felt taken in charge for what I did not know and what I could not do myself. It was very reassuring, especially as I was very pressed for the timing!
