When I first made an internet inquiry my system failed to send it. On my second attempt after sending off a request, a 'chat to us' window popped up so I used this to chat to Zane Posthumus. At the...When I first made an internet inquiry my system failed to send it. On my second attempt after sending off a request, a 'chat to us' window popped up so I used this to chat to Zane Posthumus. At the same time I got a response to my inquiry from Innocentia Makgele! They were both very helpful and quite understanding of my 'error' in contacting them both - working together extremely well as a team, I was passed onto Innocentia with whom I concluded my request and subsequent booking. Despite my initial reservations that making this booking online across boarders would be difficult, it turned out to be simple and efficient. Thank you, we are looking forward to our visit.

Leonore is the bomb (NZ slang for the best) She was extremely patient with us the 3 times we cancelled because of personal problems.
