I was emailed asking for the best way to connect and once I responded, I...From the moment I submitted an online query on their website, I was very pleased with the level of service and attentiveness. I was emailed asking for the best way to connect and once I responded, I was called (in Canada) to get more information to personalize my trip. Even with low availability, they were able to find a luxury lodge for my dates and offer advice on the logistics/transportation to and from. I was called a few times just to make sure I had all the information which was just the right level of persistence and communication, not too much and not too little. I was also put at ease when they willingly provided me the lodge confirmation number so I could put any fears at rest. Natasha did a stellar job thus far and I trust that this level of service will continue leading up to and throughout my journey if any hiccups may arise. I would highly recommend to any friends traveling to South Africa.

Along with lots of information and...Absolutely fabulous Zane listened attentively to what we would like to do and within less than 24 hours he had sent us a message with a plan for our trip. Along with lots of information and suggested accommodation along our route he had prepared a Digital Video, we were very impressed with Zane's efficient, caring and friendly approach. A few days later we had a complete plan for our South African Tour we are both very happy and have no hesitation in recommending Zane and the African Safari Group to our friends and acquaintances.
