She was very responsive to our...Overall we had a very good experience in booking our room at Arathusa Lodge through African Safari Group. Vanessa was the agent helping us throughout the process. She was very responsive to our queries prior to the booking. We are vegetarians and she had made all the arrangements for all of our meals ahead of time.
There was a change needed with one of our car rides. Vanessa and her manager worked with the transportation company and got us a refund within a couple of days.
Obviously, these guys are very professional and have the experience to deal with changing plans. Safari is a once-in-time vacation and we really felt that African Safari team made it come true for us. We highly recommend their service.

A few hours after my email, I...In June of last year I contacted your organization because I was busy organizing a trip to South Africa with my family. I needed help to go on a Krugger safari. A few hours after my email, I received a call from one of your collaborators Dave Smith. He asked me a number of questions to determine what exactly we were looking for. He quickly found us an exceptional opportunity. Do a safari in the Timbavati reserve in the Machaton private camp. There were only 3 suites and so we were our familly of 4 + 2 other people !! it was fantastic. We had an unforgettable stay. I can not thank Dave enough for making this offer.
