I was discouraged to book the places we want to go because it was full, Then I received a call one morning from Charles. From then, he took in charge to find us the best places that meet our budget. Everything was done perfectly. He listen to our requests and our concerns. He was very friendly and also professional. We are so happy to find this agency. Thank you Charles so so so much for everything !!! I hope I will find one day an excellent travel consultant as you. You will be forever a big part in our dream journey to South Africa.

Both my husband and I had a very special time at Amakhala Safari Lodge.Everyone was so kind and accomodating.Maxine in the office even found me an IPHONE Charger which I stupidly forgot to...Both my husband and I had a very special time at Amakhala Safari Lodge.Everyone was so kind and accomodating.Maxine in the office even found me an IPHONE Charger which I stupidly forgot to bring.There were smiles around all the time and I personally had a very memorable experience by Norman theElephant paid me a visit to my plunge pool and had a drink and then slowly moved on and immediately he left a guy came with a long green hose to fill the pool up again.What SERVICE!!!!! Thank you for a memorable experience.I shall recommend you to all our friends and Family

He respect our needs, concerns and budget expectations without being too pushy. Such a friendly, kind, funny and professional travel consultant. I don’t know if I will find an excellent travel consultant as you one day. Thank you so much Charles to make our dream adventure in Africa with ours kids like the way we want it to be.
