Great service up to the point of purchase and then it slacked off. Once I was committed I had to continually chase and didn't always get responses.

Our experience was fantastic. From my first conversation with Lorensha Du Plessis, she showed that she was willing to go above and beyond to help us plan the perfect trip. I had initially inquired... Our experience was fantastic. From my first conversation with Lorensha Du Plessis, she showed that she was willing to go above and beyond to help us plan the perfect trip. I had initially inquired about a different reserve, but when that one was booked, Lorensha found the Kapama River Lodge, which met all of our requirements. She also helped with booking travel from Cape Town to the reserve, and from the reserve to Johannesburg. We were thankful for her expertise in recommending taking the Panoramic Route vs. flying, as we got a lovely drive through the South African countryside. Lorensha was extremely responsive, and followed up with me to ensure that the required booking deadlines were all met. I cannot say enough good things about Lorensha's wonderful support and enthusiasm in ensuring we had a once in a lifetime experience!

Such a five star experience! I was rushing to plan a last minute trip to South Africa (cities and safari) and had sent out numerous inqueries to lodges and travel comapanies. The one and only... Such a five star experience! I was rushing to plan a last minute trip to South Africa (cities and safari) and had sent out numerous inqueries to lodges and travel comapanies. The one and only truly helpful and responsive reply I got was from Allan Theron at African Safari Group. He gave me his cell number (and always picked up, found a terrific safari lodge (Umzolozolo) and helped me with numerous details that were overwhelming for me in the short time I had to plan. Always friendly. Always going the extra mile. Can I give six stars? Thank you! My trip was wonderful, thanks to you.
