I started by googling “safaris” and found your website. It was well organized, informative, welcoming, and offered all the various options I wanted to explore. I registered for more information and promptly received a reply from Jessica (Jess) who made my this experience a joy and delight from the very first moment. Jessica was easy-going and helped me relax, friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. She remained incredibly responsive to every question or concern. There were a lot of logistics to handle which she did flawlessly. From the moment I “met” Jess, this luxury vacation became a special and unique experience. Jessica brought a little magic to my safari before I’ve even taken off. Thank you!!
