I wanted to stay in one of the luxury safari lodges located in Okavango Delta, Botswana, and sent inquiries to a few travel agencies which had some information of Okavango Delta online. African Safari Group came back first, and Yolande who consulted me was super helpful. She responded instantly on whatsapp and gave useful insights to numerous inquiries I had. I finally got to choose a lovely lodge (Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp) and had wonderful and memorable time there. I am glad to have contacted African Safari Group to help me arrange my very 1st trip to African continent.

I was trying to plan a trip on the back of a few days in Rourke's Drift and really wasn't sure which safari lodge/area to choose before we moved on to Cape Town. Mid-research up popped a message...I was trying to plan a trip on the back of a few days in Rourke's Drift and really wasn't sure which safari lodge/area to choose before we moved on to Cape Town. Mid-research up popped a message from an African Safari Group consultant offering help. I could not have asked for a more personal, accommodating, helpful person than Wilma N. I just felt as if I was the only person she was looking after at that time! Her advice was second to none, her responses were immediate and undoubtedly quite often out-of-hours. I am so appreciative of the support and having the weight of hours of research lifted. Thank you so much Wilma!

My contact provide me a lot of options after some call and mails. Finally I had an issues with the lodge and quality which was not level expected and African Safari help me to solve this and obtain...My contact provide me a lot of options after some call and mails. Finally I had an issues with the lodge and quality which was not level expected and African Safari help me to solve this and obtain a refund.
