Our Tour Agent went above and beyond to answer all of our question and work with to meet our travelling wishes. Mikhail's communication skills are excellent as well. During our first phone conversation, he asked the right questions to find out what we like and what was our purpose for SA visit. He was detailed in explaining his thought process and answer our question. After our first phone conversation, he was in touch with us via WhatsApp which was great help for me due to the time differences. It seem as if he was available to answer our question 24/7 despite the time differences between USA and SA. Even after completing the booking process, Mikhail stayed in touch to keep us excited about our visit to SA. He is an awesome Tour Agent. I would recommend him to everyone who needs Travel Agent. :)
This is the first time me and my wife used Travel Agency to book our international travels so we were bit in chartered water but ASG as well as Mikhail went above and beyond to address our concerns about sharing private information.

As there are quite a few destinations ,it had been though to finalize the plan for some years already. During our recent researches , we have come across with Leonore , who helped us a lot and she made this dream trip to come true finally. Eventhough everything was almost done ,we had to change the dates because of some work issues came up, she was very patient to go through the same steps and plan us a new trip with the new dates.. We made a great team, through emails and calls ,we have planned the best as can be.Now just looking forward to have this great trip to Tanzania and Rwanda,very excited..
