I really enjoyed your Stuart employee. This is our first trip to South Africa and we wanted a safari in Kruger Park. There are several companies that offer safaris with several prices etc ... Bianka is very service oriented and she always made sure that we get all the information needed, as well the administrative support from your company's staff. I would thoroughly recommend African Safari Group ,namely Bianka,in my case to make this holiday possible for my wife and myself. Our contact person Shimmy looked for the best accommodation that fits in our budget and was everything we looked for.
Because for us it was a really special occasion she even got a better room for us.
When everything was settled she was always there for us to answer all the questions we had. She responded always within the same day.
Even when we had a totally different questions, not even related to the safari that we booked, Shimmy helped us out! She is the greatest example of customer intimacy!
