Ever since, David Molotsi called and tried to contact me via whatsapp. He has made some suggestions after understanding my traveling profile and was really patient with all the alterations and other options I had asked him to provide. He was honest and quick on the answer, letting me more excited to the trip than I was before!

I was contacted but Wilma and from day 1 she has been super from being patient to understand my requirements to tailor making the plans to meet my budget. Wilma was so response fro managing the bookings, the plan including the payments it was a seemless and fantastic experience. Took the stress out off me, Wilma is a great asset to your organization

In fact, my holiday was so incredible, and Allan so impressive, I emailed him a basic itinerary on Wednesday morning to return again for Xmas 2019. Allan forwarded a proposed itinerary in record time, approx 9 hours, I had a couple of amendments which Allan adjusted within hours, my holiday was confirmed and deposit paid Friday.
Allan's choices of accommodation are perfect, he is an asset to ASG.
I travel extensively and to be honest I don't use travel agents, however for safety reasons, I wanted to engage an agent for South Africa. I had looked up various reviews for travel agents before I contacted ASG, Allan and your wider team have delivered exceptional service, and convinced me travel agents offer invaluable insight & assistance when planning a holiday.
