he email me after I did a quote at a hotel website in krugger park , I answered that was a little expensive for me and he offered to look for options . after a few days , asking him to look for a better price and location / malaria free , he was always available and ready to find the best options for me . we started to change conversation by what's up , was very nice to understand the options , etc.... he find a very nice 2 day safaris at Mandikwe ( little Madikwe , the villa where we had Wonderfull time ). after I went to Cape Town I called him looking to meet in order to find another safari . we meet at shopping , and again he find another very nice safari at AMAKHALA WOODBURY , booked our flights , etc... the experience was an example how a tourist agent can find what the clients need , spending time to understand the best options. I already recommended him for two people and he will be my South Africa agent for sure .

Our 2 week trip started in Joburg included safari and garden route drive then finished in Cape Town.
Carmia used whatsapp and email - so convenient for organisation before the trip. She was even available for once off queries while we were in South Africa.
5 star experience from beginning to end! Thanks African Safari Group!

I couldn’t recommend Bianka of African Safari Group enough as a travel consultant. During my first call with her, she came across as very passionate about South Africa and you could sense the enthusiasm in her voice when we discussed travel plans across Africa. This enthusiasm did not waiver during the month of last minute planning that followed for a group of four. Very responsive and untiring, everything seemed a breeze for her: requests at odd hours coming from a couple of different time zones, changes of mind when options were already limited because we were travelling during peak safari season, negotiating discounts to fit different budgets among the group or to squeeze in a bonus activity during our stay etc. She understands her clients’ needs and is very thoughtful in her recommendations. Personal preferences and hobbies don’t go unnoticed. Couldn’t have asked for a better initial exposure to this magical continent! A ‘lekker’ experience altogether.
We also appreciated the FAQs and other documents with tips to make our trip easier. Thoughtful initiative by the ASG.
