The company representative Stuart Pittorino provided us with very professional advice, supported us with many options for travel and has organised our dream trip for us.
He was efficient and always responded to my enquiries promptly and in a friendly and professional manner. He manged to get us a booking that we were desperate to secure and through his advice and the time taken to coordinate flights has given us the optimum time in the safari lodge of our preference. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to organise a trip to Africa. Thanks to Stuart and the company.

It is difficult to know where to begin....I worked with CINDY for quite some time putting together a safari trip for a family of 12 ...There was nothing that she wouldn't do to make this trip... It is difficult to know where to begin....I worked with CINDY for quite some time putting together a safari trip for a family of 12 ...There was nothing that she wouldn't do to make this trip perfect for my clients.....there were changes....lots of questions etc. She always responded to these issues immediately ...I did not have to worry about anything.....
Her confidence in the product and services was soooo reassuring.....I could go on and on....THANK YOU CINDY FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND GUIDANCE THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT PROCESS.....THEY LOVED THE TRIP....THX SHELLY

She kept contact by phone and email, always offering us hotels and transfers, and tips for make better our travel. At the end, we booked one of her suggestion, but we did it by Booking.com, because I'm Genius 2 and I have discounts using the site. Wilma really helped us in achieving what we wanted she really helped both families enormously she was very knowledgeable and efficient in sorting our trip to Rhulani. Wilma sorted out the safari and flights and dealt with the supplier so effectively. She made the communication easier between families by setting up a what’s app group - great idea
She is very friendly and polite and very helpful.
