You guys did great, the seal got here on time. I ordered BQ1508E, and got BQ1508G, it came with a “speedy sleeve” which is to small in diameter to fit the final drive shaft. Any ideas?

My overall experience has extremely positive. Once we were able to get the appropriate shipping costs to the U.S. figured out, my order was completed, invoiced, & shipped very quickly. I received the parts within a few days, and the parts were well packaged. My interactions with with the Shop4Trac Team were also very positive. They were very helpful, as well as very professional. And even though there's at least a 6hr time difference from the U.S. to the Netherlands, they were very responsive and quick to send me emails. I've had difficulty find some parts here in the U.S. for these Kubota engines that we use, since they are industrial engines and not those really used in tractors. So finding Shop4Trac online and getting the correct parts quickly (and easily) has been great. Big... Thank You! to the Shop4Trac Team.

Delivery cost seemed excessive. Delivery cost was 10% higher than the cost of the item that was in a 4" by 4" by 1/2" box. However, it was one of the few places that I could find the item that I needed. The item was delivered several days earlier than projected. I am happy that the company had the parts that I needed.
