Following your feedback, further training has been implemented and this has been discussed in our regular meetings to make sure it does not happen again.

I found Dr Bataille to be both professional and kind. She put me at ease immediately and quickly reassured me that the various blemishes on my skin were nothing to worry about. I would happily... I found Dr Bataille to be both professional and kind. She put me at ease immediately and quickly reassured me that the various blemishes on my skin were nothing to worry about. I would happily consult her again if I ever needed to see a dermatologist in the future

The clinic was a pleasure to visit - staff were friendly, with no time wasted in queues. My doctor was a pleasure to be treated by.
