I didnt receive a confirmation email after confirming my order, and tried to contact the customer service multiple times using the form on the website, but i never received a reply from them. Then my order was delivered to a wrong address without even sending me a confirmation email that it has been sent. So I was waiting for my order for a long time without knowing which state is my order in. I didn't even receive a notification to where exactly the order was delivered. Terrible experience and won't be ordering again.

Ik had een bezorgvenster gekozen, maar post.nl had dat vervroegd zodat we binnen moesten blijven wachten ipv lunch op terrasje bij het water.. Toen is het pakje bezorgd zonder goed aan te bellen, dus is voor de voordeur gezet. Pakje zit 200 euro aan supplementen in, op de galerij gezet waar iedereen langskomt, terwijl we in de flat zitten te wachten. Geen aanrader die bezorging..
