The waiting period to be placed for the course was too long. However, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. I experienced as very annoying the requests of the teacher to move (change the dates... The waiting period to be placed for the course was too long. However, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. I experienced as very annoying the requests of the teacher to move (change the dates of) the days of the lessons (even the day of the exam).

The experience has been quite positive in general. I've finished 1 intensive course (A1+A2) and it was excellent. It was very fast paced but the teacher was structured and with clear objectives, so... The experience has been quite positive in general. I've finished 1 intensive course (A1+A2) and it was excellent. It was very fast paced but the teacher was structured and with clear objectives, so with his help and a lot of self study, I went from cero to hero in one month and I could pass the A2 exam. I have now registered for the next level. My experience with the school’s staff has been also positive. I appreciate they are open to feedback and supportive whenever an issue has to be solved.

Hello! I was very happy with my a1 and a2 levels with UVA and without any hesitation took another course (b1) but was really frustrated with my course (teacher particularly). Basically I come to the... Hello! I was very happy with my a1 and a2 levels with UVA and without any hesitation took another course (b1) but was really frustrated with my course (teacher particularly). Basically I come to the lesson and do nothing except of going through the book just doing exercises that I can do by myself without taking that course. In past 2 levels I was having conversations with my classmates, was answering questions, interacting, I really saw progress, I loved my teachers and once again was convinced how important the role of a teacher is. But now all I know about my classmates it's their names, we barely talk during the lesson, have only 10 min per lesson on working in groups. I think that my speaking skills became worse than it was on level A1. I'm coming to the lesson just because I have paid my money and don't want to waste them completely, but I have no desire to continue with UVA courses because there is absolutely no difference between me buying that book and going through by myself and having a lesson.

Happy to have the opportunity to take the course, I did not know what exactly to expect but throughout the class I felt welcomed was lucky enough to have such a lovely teacher as Mrs. Porracchio who...
