A pallet shipment to Kuwait can take some longer time, but it was delivered without any problems.

It was simple. But I didn't know production would take more than 4 months for a simple spice mix and the very late responses to my emails was a bit concerning. Ending up with a product with no... It was simple. But I didn't know production would take more than 4 months for a simple spice mix and the very late responses to my emails was a bit concerning. Ending up with a product with no expiry date was also a bit odd. So for the furture it would be nice to have been informed or the product being checked, since we usually have no problem with our production elsewhere, where stamping the product with expiry date is a natural thing.

We might be using Vehgro in the future, but we def. need to ask about procedure before doing so again.

What are strenghts of VehGro according to you?

Organic and a huge selection. Smaller quanties (less than a few thousands)

We have sent you an email with pictures, showing you where to find the batch code and best-before-date on the packaging. We are still awaiting your reply on this.
Unfortunately, the production of customized pouches itself can take between 8-10 weeks, which caused quite a long waiting time.
We are also very sorry that you had to wait for some replies. As explained to you previously we were slightly understaffed during summer vacation time, which is why it took a little longer than usual to reply.
