sorry but I haven't seen any to report back on. I googled UK based suppliers and the address is .co.uk. It was only after i ordered that I realised you were not UK based. I have just received a notification for import duty due that I was not aware of and seems excessive for two bags of lemon myrtle. Please cancel delivery and reimburse.

When you place an order on our website, in the check-out under the shipping method, it says that we use the DAP shipping method and then you have to pay import tax once the parcel arrives in the UK.
You can also visit our company details page, where you can find more information about us and also were we are based and from which country we are sending our parcels.

Communication was good until I payed. after payment I was informed it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the product. I would've prefared that tis was clear from the begining
