I'm really satisfied with the service of Viisi. From our first call till the end, I appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, quality of services, speed and personal approach. As I am an expat, buying a house for the first time, it has been crucial for me to feel that I can trust my financial advisor (Arjen) and count on his expertise. In the whole process, every step was clear and explained properly to me, I got the right amount of emails with each step in which we are (I also really liked the visual roadmap picture sent in the emails), really good advice from before making the offer until we applied for the mortgage. I loved how structured the whole process was and that we had a clear timeline containing buffer time for things that could be delayed along the way. Lastly, after I made the bid for my new apartment, I was quite stressed about the whole process and anything that could go wrong, and speaking to Arjen was always making me feel more certain about the next steps!
