We had the pleasure of working with the best financial advisor possible during our mortgage process—Niels. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever we had questions, he would reply to our emails within an hour—or even faster! His responses were always detailed and clearly explained, making it much easier to understand our options.

Niels took the time to present all available mortgage options and guided us in choosing the one that was right for us. I especially appreciated how he personally called us to deliver important news and explain the next steps. He would then follow up with an email summarizing the conversation, which was extremely helpful.

Overall, we are grateful for his support and expertise, and we highly recommend his services!

Checking on a case by case basis if a specific offer you want to make to an apartment makes sense based on your borrowing capacity.
Soecially helpful for expats that know little of the dutch market.
