When it came the moment to have the mortgage advice we felt confident that the options they gave us were the best for us and helped us to secure the mortgage. A very valuable and friendly advice.

Viisi has been a great help to me and my wife. Finding an apartment can take a long time in Amsterdam. We needed several talks with an advisor about our borrowing capacity at the current interest rate. Viisi has really come through for us during this process, updating our estimated borrowing capacity several times with less than hour notice before the closing of a bid.

The fact that Viisi is so responsive, and readily available when you need them, is the very reason why we managed to buy an apartment in the end. It really makes all the difference.

The process of requesting the mortgage itself was very smooth. The request went through quickly and the documents were handled safely, nothing was lost or misplaced. It was handled very professionally.

Our experience was very positive. Rutger and Anne helped us skillfully throughout every step of the process. We asked complex questions involving small details, bureaucratic nuances, and unusual hypothetical situations. Every question was answered clearly and promptly. The Dutch system of property tax and housing finance has many problems and injustices (some of which benefited us), and in an ideal world the industry of mortgage advice would perhaps not exist. But given that the existing system produces the need for such a service, Viisi did an excellent job with our best interests in mind.

Arjen and his team provided an exceptional service and guided me thoroughly throughout the whole process. They give you a lot of tips and tricks along the way to save your money and hassle, making every single cent worth it. The communication in between was clear, professional and very pleasant.
Being an anxious first time buyer, I am really delighted that I went with them, it is almost like having a good click since the beginning. Not only he helped me with the technical side of thing but also the emotional side of support to ensure that I am making the best decision for myself, you can also tell that he is doing his best for your best interest. I can really let go and trust him fully.
Also as an expat that do not understand Dutch fully (I feel even you're a native Dutch speaker, a lot of the documents are still very complicated) They also helped me in reviewing the buying contract and other documents, and interpreted them in their own way that it is very easy to understand and highlight to you which part they feel fishy and what to do with it.

Only thing is the wording in their Service contract was a bit confronting (which actually wasn't, they are very flexible) made me worried for a little for what I was about to sign, perhaps it is smart to reword it so that it is a little less confronting especially for an overly anxious buyer as I am.

Overall, absolutely recommend Visii to anyone who is looking to apply for a mortgage.
