Update on my purchase of Bascom camera. There have been a number of start-up problems. After I had been in contact with them, and they had sold me an additional contact. Then I wrote the first feedback on my purchase. Bascom customer service contacted me and apologized that I had to buy an extra contact. They said they had sold me a system that would work, so I would be reimbursed the cost of that contact. They have logged on to my camera system and searched for errors. They have been in regular contact to get the system up and running. So now I'm waiting for extra contact and longer cable + repayment which will hopefully come in at the bank.
