A big shame that placed orders can't be cancelled or edited even though I contacted immediately after placing it.

To ensure that all orders reach our customers as quickly as possible, we use a large distribution center that ships our products 24-7. This is all done automatically through robots. When the order is placed, it will be packed and shipped 5 minutes later. It is then unfortunately no longer possible for us to make changes.
