The company contacts have been very good easy 5star rating. They have answered all questions I have asked, shipped everything on time as promised. Produkt arrived in excellent condition. However, it came three days late from the date promised to arrive. That late delivery was NOT due to Bascom. So no blame on them.
I can highly recommend this company,no complaints what so ever.I am sure the product will perform as expected as well.

After having problems with always having to restart the system every week because the system takes a long time to find the cameras, support solved it with an update! Bascom support is very fast and...
