I have ordered two pairs of Hoka running shoes. The site was the only place where I could find my sizes. The process was smooth, except delayed purchase confirmation email. However, as soon as I left the message on the site, I have received a nice email and confirmation data. Delivery was as advertised. All in all, very good experience
