The product itself (Varta E39 Agm battery) is realy good, I'm realy satisfied with the product because I trust the brand and it never failed me. I can't say the same about the delivery of the product, though.
I was realy nervous that the delivery didn't happen when it was expected (Monday afternoon), but 1 day later. And no "appology" from the company. Things like this shouldn't happen. This is the right way to loose clients.

Respect the times of deliveries !!! Don't postpone deliveries because people are waiting for them and don't make excuses like "there was a sorting error". A happy customer is a customer that receives its order on time, neetly packed (not damaged) and that's about it.
