I find the translations take long and I do not find it professional that a non-native speaker translates into English (or any language actually). When I worked in this field the unwritten rule was that you should never translate into a language which is not your mother tongue. As far as I know this is still the standard with serious translation agencies. (My sister is a translator as well).
