Very bad. I've waited 1 hour at the pick up point. During the phone call, the guy at the reception told me there were 15 mins to wait. After 30 mins 2 vans came and one the two drivers told me literally "my colleague in on the way, just 5 minutes", but actually it took additional 30 mins. When I complained about the 1 hour waiting, one of the drivers replied with "it's possible"... I would have expected apology instead! I don't think I will be your customer again and I will advise friends and colleagues to do the same.
