Why am I getting a survery to ask about my package delivery when it did not happen? This has been a negative experience. Ordered a package a week ago on Monday, when ordered it said delivery by next day, Tuesday. No package.. looked it up on Wednesday and it said waiting to be picked up by carrier. Called and was told the package should be on its way to me hopefully as one item had sold out and they would check on Friday and call me. No call on Friday so I called back and was told that the package was misplaced or something and they could reorder my one pair of shoes since the other was sold out. I ordered the only part of my order left in stock hoping I was just unlucky the first round. The person on the phone said it would be delivered by Saturday or Monday. It is now Tuesday and no package. DHL website says 'Once your parcel is ready for pick-up, this page will be updated'. In the meantime, I ordered the out of stock pair on a competitor's website (at the same price, well actually 1€ less) several hours after placing the new order on Friday. They were delivered to me yesterday, Monday. Hindsight now is why didn't I just order both pairs for the other company? Why was no compensation, gesture, anything made for me only headache? Have a 5 euro discount, or here is a free pair of crappy socks or here is a 10% discount for next order, free next day delivery, I don't know. Some recognition that I am valued, my time, my money, my order.
