The bowling and lasertag were nice (also the person helping us in the end of the laser game), but otherwise the hospitality for all the rest and staff’s approachability could definitely improve. For example we wanted to play an extra game, but without checking they said it was fully booked, but online I could have still made a reservation as it indicated openings.. also at the end of the bowling 10 mins before the game we had to pay, whereas some of us still wanted a drink. Overall it’s a loss for Aloha (in both occasions), but it also leaves a negative experience in the guests.
