I really like this place and it wasn't my first visit, but this time the track wasn't entirely functional. the front pin kept getting stuck or hidden, making it impossible to score a strike. The game crashed and froze. The service lady said there was nothing she could do about it and that we could report it after the game was over. When we did it at the end all we heard was "oh well".
