An appointment was made 6 months in advance to replace our ventilation system. The appointment was verified 1 week prior but then the day of we were called saying the equipment was not ready and we would be rescheduled.
I had to contact them only to be told they have no equipment and they couldn't do anything.
Very unprofessional, we should have been told much earlier so we could organise with another company.
