We were very pleased from the beginning with the kind of information on the website and the looks of the lounge set which makes it stand apart from most of the Dutch backyards furniture.
Then we had the chance to have fluent contact with the owner, which was great and a fabulous example of empathy for the customer.

There are always things to improve and probably they will do in short. Since I bought the outside covers, I would have liked they would be thicker and would not lose colour with the sun (something normal for normal covers of course), and maybe have the brand somewhere in the covers so the lounge will look as great with the covers as without them. :)
