This has been my second experience with this body shop (after roof tiles smashed onto the roof of my previous car), and once again it has been a very positive experience. Friendly and professional welcoming, check in and service. Clearly they know what they are doing over there. The only reason not to grant a perfect 10 score was the replacement car which could have been cleaner on the inside. But that's a small thing.
