Telephone inquiry answered quickly but needed to take my car along to be viewed.
Car was taken into workshop and 5 mins fix made to allow me to continue to use the broken car door whilst the parts were ordered to do the full repair at a later date, great service on the spot. Various options discussed and agreed plan A using 2nd hand parts to reduce costs as this was a private repair not insurance claim. Within a few weeks the parts were in and agreed timeframe for repair. Repair was made on time and on budget, the final results were fantastic, resprayed bonnet and 2nd hand door match really well and you cannot see which bits are resprayed or replaced.
